1) Content of WP2 part

Wednesday morning, Viviane will begin the day by introducing the current dissemination/communication situation and our strategy for the last year of OpenDreamKit.
For the remaining time of Wednesday and Thursday morning, we have called for propositions for presentations of past WP2 activities and ideas for future WP2 activities.

2) Role of videographer:
6 interviews of about 3/4 minutes each will be filmed. Viviane will contact the shortlist of interviewees (including Nicolas, Min, Hans, herself, and Mike) to ask them if they agree and tell them what is expected from them.
Interviews will contain images of the meeting or presentations, running code etc. that is up to what we show.
The 6 interviews and the whole footage will be used for an additional video to make some sort of presentation video for OpenDreamkit.

3) Presentations -> tentative ideas

  • EOSC overview (Benoît)
  • EOSC pilot (Guelzow and Fuhrmann)
  • NUMFOCS Europe (Nicolas)
  • Schools/Trainings/workshops from Adrien Boucicault (Viviane)

list to be continued...
