    I also fixed a bug making the portal not triggering the Idle animation again
    after spawning.

    Slightly increased the level of the dragons, but also nerfed their HP regen and upped necessary XP/level
    Also set all tiles with fullness>0 to fullness 100

    I also made sure to display Cmake Cxx flags correctly when on MSVC.

    The Cg/ one is needed on Windows if we're not using the Cg plugin.
    And the GLSL and GLSL150 can be used depending on the hardware used AFAIK.

    Defender model complete with ogre vertex fails (totally needed) and
    balancing of creatures, battles should go faster and be more deathly
    now.
