Remove w-scan binary from addon. This was included in tvheadend 2.0.5 update. Fixes #226

hmmm, in general its ok, but for me here byself i need wscan to scan for initial channels which i must add manually to find all others. the default channel configs will not work for me... so i would prefer to install wscan together with tvheadend (or create a seperate wscan addon)?
