Pressing and holding GPIO0 for more than 10 seconds no longer resets the module back to factory defaults.

Reported by user with need for a password reset on 4.0.1 and tested/verified with 4.1.0.

Thanks for reporting, agree this needs to be fixed. It's very useful to have a way to factory reset the module

Looks like it is crashing when displaying the status message on the LCD, will investigate more, for what it is worth, the AP mode is not enabled either ...
