Impossible to turn off the screen after updating to version 5.0

Hello.
After updating to version 5.0 it is not possible to turn off the screen via RAPI commands.
I saw in release notes that RAPI writing commands had been removed.
How can I turn off the screen via API or MQTT? I was reviewing the documentation but it does not contemplate it.
I think it is vitally important to be able to turn off the screen to extend its life.
The RAPI commands that worked previously were:
$FB and $F0

Additionally, I would like to comment that many RAPI commands that were removed continue to appear in the help.

Is it that you just need the screen to blank after no use as per #8 or is it for another use case?

In my case I usually have done this by MQTT:

• openevse/rapi/in/$F0 0 (To freeze the display)
• openevse/rapi/in/$FB 0 (To change color black, turn off the display).

I't will be useful to have something like this or at least something suggested here #8

I think we are talking about the same thing. If you could simulate the behaviour of those RAPI commands via API or MQTT it would be great.
I think it is not a problem to control the power on the screen, since any change of state will automatically turn it on.
In my case I only had a timer that turned off the screen by sending via MQTT the RAPI command as @jheredianet said.
Would it be possible to have this functionality again in the next version?

I'm not sure if this feature is going to be implemented. In the meantime, I've just downgraded to v4.2.2 to have this feature back.
Thanks @SirSheik for pointing me that and tested that it was posible to make the downgrade.
