How to install this extension:

1. Download the .vsix file
2. Open Visual Studio Code
3. Select the Extensions tab (Ctrl+Shift+X)
4. Open the More Actions... menu (click "...")
5. Select Install from VSIX...
6. Browse to your download folder
7. Select the .vsix file
