sandbox: after merging, credential seems to getting lost?

• Create a workflow with a credential one one step
• Create a sandbox
• Credential should be set on the sandbox workflow
• Merge it back to main
• Check the workflow on main
• Credential has gone?

Yeah this happens with a super simple workflow. I just created a new project and workflow from scratch, added a credential, created a sandbox, merged it down without changes - and the credential was lost.

This is a blocker for public release
