Create writer to CSv for CurveGroup

CurveGroup can be loaded from CSV files using RatesCurvesCsvLoader and CurveGroupDefinitionCsvLoader.

'Reverse' method should be created to write the CSV files associated to a curve group (CurveGroupDefinition, setting and nodes).
