Explain PV: include a flag to indicate a payment period has completed

The explain PV measure includes a subset of data for payment periods which have a payment date before the valuation date. Payment periods which have ended are of little interest, but there is no obvious way to filter them out. A COMPLETED flag in the explain map would be useful.
