[CLI] Color scheme should be friendly in "Light mode"

Currently, when the user's system appearance is set to "Light Mode", the colors in the CLI are not easily visible. Specifically, certain choice of yellow and aqua are hard to read.

Examples:

• White text on white backlog in MCP configuration
• Yellows are hard to read
• Aquas are hard to read

This issue has been partially addressed by #141 and is awaiting release

Note that the PR did not add true light mode support. Rather it forcefully overlays a dark background in the existing terminal
