Добавлено: возможность сборки драйвера для usb карт Atheros 9271 (патченная прошивка загружается отдельно)
Добавлено: патчи ядра для отключения ограничений мощности usb wifi карт и возможность работы в полном частотном диапазоне вне зависимости от региональных ограничений (Atheros).
Изменено: sysupgrade - ключ -f теперь отключает проверку версии релиза (необходимо при локальной сборке и прошивке)
