Reverts #174. Premature merge — the two new rows depend on a nightly that hasn't published
openipc.hi3516cv200-nor-neo.tgz/openipc.hi3516av100-nor-neo.tgzyet (OpenIPC/firmware#2122 only just merged), so both rows 404 on the download step. They were markedallow-failure: true, but red checks on main are unwanted regardless.Plan: wait until the firmware nightly publishes the neo tarballs (firmware artifact loop iterates defconfigs automatically post-#2122), confirm they're live, then re-open the row-addition PR. The row mechanics (new
variant:field defaulting tolite) were correct — just merged at the wrong time.OpenIPC/firmware#2123 reopens.
