  • generates shuffled target-decoy database, 26/09/2015

Workflow for the generation of target-decoy databases. Protein sequences from the input target fasta database are shuffled and appended as decoys. These decoys sequences are denoted by a prefix dec_. Databases of this form are being used in all of the workflows below.

  • Quality Control workflow, 4/11/2015

Workflow for the generation of a qcML report. Required inputs are mzML as well as idXML and featureXML from a previous OpenMS analysis.
