1. Update vecotr table to fix IAR7.x compilation warning
2. Sync UART driver function.
   - UART_EnableInt/UART_DisableInt.
   - UART_Write - Waiting for TXFULL.
3. Enable I2C pin schmitt trigger
4. Enable I2C SMBus pin schmitt trigger
5. Fixed sample FMC_IAP IAR7 compiling error.
6. Fix USBD_CDROM Linux/MAC compatible issue
