Streamline SelectionSize traits #14455

I (and I think others, too) have never really liked this setup with AutoSelectionSize for sprites, voxel bodies implementing IAutoSelectionSize directly and CustomSelectionSize for everything else.

Now that we've split off the render bounds stuff and IAutoSelectionSize is really only about selectable area, I'd really like to merge all IAutoSelectionSize stuff into a single InteractionBounds trait, that auto-calculates bounds by default and provides a Bounds property for manual overrides.

The main challenge in this is to make sure that things work for both sprites and voxels, and are loaded and passed on without conflicts or load order issues.
