For new Itch installs, grab the player's name from Itch. #14708

This is wishlist/enhancement priority, as in low priority.

I think that you could agree with me that "Newbie" is un-ideal. I propose that, for new installs through the Itch app only, OpenRA grabs the player's Itch username using the Itch API. Of course, if it fails for whatever reason, "Newbie" would be left as the fallback option.

We could also grab the computer's user account name as a fallback before "Newbie" maybe. This varies per platform, on Linux it's as simple as running whoami.

This issue should not be worked on until #11352 is completed.
