Issue Summary

When MAD tanks deploy, a single rifleman will leave and the tank will detonate shortly after. Such deployed MAD tanks cannot be controlled unless the deploying player re-enters the tank with another infantry unit to deactivate it. Hijackers can steal ground vehicles, including MAD tanks, but when a deployed MAD tank is stolen it remains active, and will detonate shortly thereafter.

It would make more sense, and also be a great strategic option, if hijackers could deactivate stolen MAD tanks similar to when an infantry unit re-enters them.

I unsuccessfully attempted to use such a strategy on a "no faction" map as a counter to the common and dominant MAD tank chrono IC strategy. (Which could also probably be dealt with in a separate way not entirely relevant to this issue.)

    1. Player 1 deploys MAD tank
    2. Player 2 hijacks deployed MAD tank (without getting shot by deployed rifleman)
