DefaultSpriteSequence subclasses should be able to modify loaded frames #15648

We currently expose GetSpriteSrc and GetSprite for subclasses to override, but there is no way for subclasses to modify the generated sprite array. This forces sub-optimal workarounds to avoid duplicating the entire class, as illustrated in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvZzuNEIRw4&list=PLfB8AMhujfIsFdjQ2-aFaupkyDUKNjmnP&index=5&t=0s.
