The HarvesterManagerBotModule resource search algorithm is still very expensive (map-wide + check for enemies), and the default Harvester search radii are low to prevent human-owned harvesters from straying too far from the base, so the modules' search currently triggers rather often on bleed.

In a local test with a SearchFromOrderRadiusAI at 24 and SearchFromProcRadiusAI at 48 on RA map Vegetation with 6 bots, that eliminated tick spikes from the harv bot module search almost completely, as the fallback was barely ever needed.
At least until we make some break-through performance improvement on the fallback search/pathfinding performance, I think AI-specific overrides for the regular search radii are too much of an improvement to skip them.
