Improve performance of visibility checks on planes #16393

When I build 50 yaks on the map tournament islands and disable visibility checks in the debug options, tick time improves significantly. I tested it with other units but disabling visibility checks on a group of any of them does not make a significant difference. Even when you build another 50 hinds and reveal the fow around the circling yaks the visibility checks seem to cost the same.
