Unexpected behavior when interrupting rearming of planes #16492

Note that rearming is aborted when giving the move order.

This does not happen with helicopters.

Could be caused by https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/blob/bleed/OpenRA.Mods.Common/Activities/Resupply.cs#L88, which was added with ground actors in mind.

I noticed in #16509 that spamming land orders will interrupt rearming of helis, but this can not be reproduced on bleed.

When you interrupt repairing at a shipyard, the unit moves up and down and becomes uncontrollable.
