OpenRA Servers not freeing memory correctly #16515

Issue Summary

Dedicated servers hosted appear to not free up memory after games. Memory usage grows as games are played and the server is not rebooted. Based on estimates, it's roughly 100Mb/day with ~10games played each day.

System Information

  • Linux cobalt 3.10.0-957.12.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Apr 29 14:59:59 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux | CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)
  • Mono 4.6.2-4.el7
  • OpenRa version 20190314 compiled from source
  • RA + Tiberian Dawn

Memory usage seems to be more stable after upgrade to mono 5.20.
