Units who don't need repair or refill, should cancel the order, instead of going to the air-pad or Service Depot.

Ground units should already behave like that (at least going by the Repairable code), so if they don't, that would be a bug.

Hi @amr-el-sayed, could you change the title to include your first sentence (Units who don't need repair or refill, should cancel the order) so that it's easier to find this issue?
