Units moving into the world from a transport appear at the load point #16901

They then blink to the unload point once the move animation has completed.

Regression was introduced by 8c7ff3b.

This causes the EnterTransport activity to not be able to exit when the passenger enters the transport. The activity continues when the unit is unloaded, and plays the exit animation (at the original load location) that is normally only shown for Tanya's c4 activity. The standard transport-into-world activity runs as normal once that completes.

The animations in #16932 make the behaviour above really clear.
