Notsure if this was planned internally already.

#15194 (comment) claims that the current fixed value was coming from the RPi3. With the bump from GL2 to GL3 and it falling to minspec, it sounds this value can be increased.

If this conflicts with Veldrid or ANGLE plans though, consider the ticket invalid.
