Add infinite transport loops #17279

Similar to the transport routes that can be created in Supreme Commander. Basically you set up a rally point for the transport or transports to pick up units at, and then a point for them to drop off their cargo. This system should be dynamic so that multiple transports can be assigned to a route, and flexible enough so that you could create nice automated systems like having factory waypoints set to rally at the pickup zone so that your created units are automatically being transported from your base to the dropoff location. It should also be flexible enough that any kind of transport can use it, whether it's a transport helicopter, naval transport or some kind of APC.

UI-wise this should probably be implemented as a hotkey; you press it, then select the pickup zone, then the dropoff zone, and then send transports and desired cargo to the pickup point. Perhaps the pickup and dropoff zones should also be selectable so that you could delete them as needed, or maybe deletion should be achieved by pressing the hotkey again and then right-clicking on a dropzone you want to delete.

It would IMO make more sense to integrate this with the TS-style waypoint feature: place the waypoint path on the map, and then bind transports to it (or them) using a modifier key. Units that are then ordered onto the path can request a transport using the same mechanisms that already exist for d2k carryalls.

On that note, when the TS-style waypoints are implemented, it would be nice to be able to toggle on or off whether they display, since something I never liked about TS waypoints was that they would add a lot of extra visual noise that was really distracting for me. Being able to toggle them on or off like how RA2 and Supreme Commander worked would be nice.
