Issue Summary

Previously (in release-20190314) it was possible to select a superweapon or support power (nuclear warhead, spy plane etc), use right-mouse-button scroll to move the map, then left-click to activate the support power.

Since playtest 20190825 (I think) and certainly in the most recent playtest 20191102, targeting of the superweapon gets cancelled on right-mouse-button to scroll, and it needs to be reselected once the map has been scrolled.

In settings.yaml I have (amongst other unrelated settings):

        RightMouseScroll: Joystick

System Information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
  • .NET / Mono Version: Mono 4.6.2
  • OpenRA Version: playtest-20191102
  • Mod: Red Alert (not tested others)

Additional Information:

  • Steps to reproduce
    1. Enable right-mouse-button joystick scrolling
    2. Have a support power or superweapon ready to use
    3. Left-click to start targeting
    4. Right-mouse-button joystick scroll the map
    5. Notice superweapon is deselected and must be reselected to target
