CTD on first time selecting Manage Content after updating openRA #17369

release-20191117, not reproducable on my machine

  1. Uninstalled Playtest and installed latest release over outdated release
    (don't know if relevant)
  2. Started RA
  3. Stayed on shellmap for less then a minute
  4. Clicked on Manage Content -> crash

Looks similar to #17314, which I'm not able to reproduce.

The exception log suggests that you didn't stay on the shellmap, but actually went into the mission browser.

Tried to follow the exact same steps on my other computer where it didn't crash.

Operating System: Windows (Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0)
Runtime Version: .NET CLR 4.0.30319.42000
