Issue Summary

OpenRA crashes with System.NullReferenceException when loading certain saved games. The saved game is loaded, the briefing dialog appears, but when I close that dialog and the units start moving, the game crashes:

This happens with 6 different savegames (all for this particular map - "Sunken Treasure"). With other savegames I have never had a crash. The very first savegame for this map even loads successfully, but all later savegames crash.

System Information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04
  • .NET / Mono Version: Mono
  • OpenRA Version: release-20191117 (started from OpenRA-Red-Alert-x86_64.AppImage)
  • Mod: Red Alert

Additional Information:

With the very first one it doesn't crash, but with the other ones it crashes reproducably.
I don't know how to reproduce these savegames, though.
