Pinging @Punsho - the engine supports this already, just disable the Capturable traits with the IC condition. This is clearly a balance change from that point on.

Why shouldn't thieves be able to hijack invulnerable vehicles? We don't block engineers from capturing iron curtained buildings either.

As long as I've played OpenRA I knew this behaviour. I'm on the fence about it. On one side it is a really cool and hard-to-achieve play to do and on the other Iron Curtain supposed to make units completely invulnerable.
