Server owners would like to have a way to "whitlist "themselves and other person of their own choice to be immune to kick/ban in their own servers.

This has been raised as an important feature for fighting the ongoing troll problem, so tentatively adding to the milestone as a wishlist item (shouldn't significantly block the first playtest).

It might make sense to combine this with #17659 - we could start by calling the settings whitelist ProfileIDModerators and implement the "Lead Player" rename for the next release, then add the extra admin features in a later followup.

Moving to Next + 1. Given that I already have 10 prs waiting on review on the milestone, and that we are running out of time before my travel schedule restarts for the year, adding any more is a waste of my and everybody else’s time.
