Add shroud sprite variations #3024

Repeating the same shroud sprite along the edges of the (explored) map looks almost as bad as a hard edge. It would be nice if there were multiple versions which were "randomly" chosen to break the repetitiveness.

This could be done the easy way, or the awesome way:

  • The easy way would be to do only the N/E/S/W tiles and select them deterministically to keep a static border but break the repetitiveness of the hard map edges.
  • The awesome way would be to make variants of all the tiles, and then pick them randomly each frame to animate the shroud.

We will get this for free in C&C and D2K when #4034 is fixed.

Uses the original tile sprites in C&C and D2K and uses a smoother transition in all mods.
