Chat/Team button in the lobby

I like this idea. Shame that I didn't see this earlier, or I could have included it in with the lobby rework. I wonder whether a drop-down may be clearer than a button, since we otherwise have the ambiguity of whether the text on the button shows what the current state is, or the state that you switch to by clicking.
