Add support for subterranean movement #7777

...as well as detection of it.
The first is needed for the TS devil's tongue and nod apc, the second for the deployed sensor array.

Wouldn't it be possible to make some kind of logic that allows a unit to fall slightly under the terrain squares? If so couldn't you combine that logic with a variant of stealth or cloak logic that makes the unit also completely invisible to all players while it is moving? and also make it so it's invincible while it is moving in this type of movement logomotor?
