Reduce barrel explosion damage vs wood armor #14314
Barrels do more damage to buildings because of the hit shape changes. This is because of the fallout damage of the barrel explosion. The new hit shape is closer to the barrel, resulting in more fallout damage. This can be fixed by reducing the damage vs wood armor. I've tested this in all 2-player maps with barrels close to oil derricks.
Also, keep in mind that the HP of the oil derricks are reduced in the 20171014 release. The oil derricks have 800 HP in the current release. It was 1000 HP in the previous releases.
Agenda: is a new map, only the house takes less damage.
This PR is a nice compromise between the last two releases. If someone places 1 barrel next to an oil derrick (excluding the corners), it will take approximately 20% damage, 2 barrels approximately 40% damage and 4 barrels approximately 80% damage.

I just checked all campaign missions.
Allies 01 (map preview): In this mission, you can shoot at the barrels next to a power plant. The barrels will destroy the power plant and as a result, the soviet base is in low power.
In the original game, the barrels explosion will destroy the power plant.
Soviet 01 (map preview): This mission is almost the same as the original, except three civilian structures are not destroyed by the barrels. However, this is not a problem since the Yaks can destroy them easily. I only noticed that the barrel explosion does not destroy the pillboxes (like in Soviet 03).
The rest of the campaign missions should not be affected by this change.
