Fixes PortaTesla Warhead override for drop-zone #14377
So apparently this was doing 80 damage to everything. I don’t know what the original balance was for this custom game mode. It will do now 800 damage vs none (1000%) and 48 damage vs heavy (60%). Judging from the game rules, this is all intended. The shock trooper has also 800 HP. There are no heavy armored vehicles (only the ore truck bomb with 100 HP). So, I think this should be good.
