Added a secondary objective for destroying a GDI-friendly village, as well as a reward for doing so to match what's going on in nod06a. Also, added a GDI tank in the village for extra challenge in completing the objective.

Tested on normal. Works fine.
Difficulty dependend starting units work as well.

My last civilian building in the village was the fountain - had to destory it too. Secondary Objective could be completed on e.g. >75 % of civ structures destoryd. But thats just a suggestion. I would stick to vanilla : )
