I didn't find any issues with the maps and trust your decisions but I would like to know why Volcano (6 Players, many paths, lots of eye candy) gets swapped with Ascen† (8 Players, more closed up, little eye candy)?

@ltem adding in Volcano map was a bit adventurous by me as I wanted to add some easy-playable team map and saw this version played in lobby several times. After a feedback on the map I decided it will be better to just swap the original version instead, which was also quite popular through the years (4k+ downloads on RC).
Frankly speaking, I don't see much issues with either version, they both have the Singles type feel combined with a large team roster. Current version might have a bit excessive detailing in it for my taste, but that's mostly subjective. Should be noted that there are some improper tree/mine/actor placements on the Volcano too.

As for the Pitfight - people got a lot of confusion with those Forward Commands which were not there in the original RAGL version (it was an experimental version which hasn't got a lot of test). Also the left FC got much worse position relative to the ore patch.
