Most players don't have a good intuition for performance numbers in milliseconds, and these numbers alone (which are averages) don't tell us if combined tick + render times cause us to miss vblanks and drop frames. This PR addresses this gap by adding a FPS counter showing the number of frames that were rendered during the last second.
