This policy only applies to some ORE websites;

- The archive site (https://archive.openredstone.org/)
- The dynmap site (https://maps.openredstone.org/).
Any other websites or services associated with the ORE community such as the Minecraft game server (mc.openredstone.org) and the forum at https://discourse.openredstone.org/ have their own privacy policies. If you use those services, you should read their respective privacy policies.
ORE is an informal volunteer-run community focused on the video game Minecraft.
The "websites", our "websites", or ORE "websites" are, for the purposes of this privacy policy, a set of certain websites associated with the ORE community. Specifically, openredstone.org (not including any subdomains), archive.openredstone.org, and maps.openredstone.org.
This privacy policy will explain how ORE uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our sites.
By using the ORE websites, you are consenting to this policy and the collection and processing of your data in the manner provided in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the websites.

Whenever you visit your websites we store info about the requests made by your browser in our server logs. The logged information includes:
- Your IP address
- What content was accessed
- The time and date of the request
- In some cases, the website which you followed a link from to reach our websites.
ORE employs Google Analytics on some of our websites, which uses browser cookies to keep track of users and collect information such as how often users visit our websites, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to our websites.
Google Analytics may also collect information from your computer such as the type of browser software and operating system you are using.
Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our websites is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
You directly provide ORE with most of the data we collect by visiting or using our websites.
Some data such as demographic information provided by Google Analytics may be collected by association with a tracking cookie which Google stores in your browser. (For more info on how Google collects your data, refer to the Google Privacy Policy.)
ORE collects your data so that we can keep track of usage statistics and identify errors and historical trends in our website traffic, which we use to enhance user experience and inform administrative decisions.
Except for data collected and processed by Google for Google Analytics, ORE stores your data on either of two servers depending on which website you visit:
- A server located in Hillsboro, Oregon, provided by OVH US LLC.
- A server located in North Bergen, New Jersey provided by DigitalOcean LLC.

ORE makes a sincere effort to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. We try our best to employ reasonable security measures with appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and availability protections. However, no software or storage system is 100% secure, and as such we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of the safety of your information or data.
ORE stores data indefinitely. We do not currently have a strict data retention policy.
ORE would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request ORE for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that ORE correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request ORE to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that ORE erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that ORE restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to ORE's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that ORE transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

The ORE websites may contain links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our websites, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy.

The preferred method of initiating contact is to send a message to an administrator in-game or via Discord. If you cannot or do not want to do this, you may also send a message via email to privacy@openredstone.org.
For legal purposes with regards to GDPR response window restrictions, the date of reception of any data protection rights request will be considered to be that date where the request has been properly conveyed to the legal owner of the ORE websites. If your means of contact is through a message to an administrator then they will make an honest attempt to assist in conveying your request to the appropriate party as quickly as possible. Requests sent to the email address may also see delay in reaching the appropriate party. Please be patient and understand that ORE is run and managed by volunteers. We will do our best to establish contact and notify you once your request has been properly conveyed.
