Some dialogs have a 4px blue border added with the dialog-border class while other dialogs don't have the border. Out of 45 dialogs, 21 have a border and 24 don't.

I'm leaning towards removing the border since it looks cleaner. If there aren't any objections then I will submit a PR that removes them.
