This is a bugfix update of the 1.1 addon series
- The
oscap-anaconda-addon.pot
has been updated, so now it reflects the source code accurately.

This is the python3-based release that works with Fedora 28.
The next python2-based release targeting RHEL7 will be the 0.10, next python3-based release targeting Fedora will be 1.1
