Replace vehicle

I've been playing a lot with North American Renewal Set (NARS 2.02) and i love it, but: As time goes by, vehicles change (improve) specs. Autoreplace can't handle this, as the vehicle actually is the same. I would love to see a feature like update/renew, where any selected vehicle would upgrade if specs where changed.

The game won't be changed to support this. More generally, newgrfs should (mostly) adapt to the game mechanics provided, rather than causing new mechanics to be required. OpenTTD is now very complex, and some additions interact poorly, putting too much complexity in front of the player.
