More transparency option patch

here is the "more transparency options" patch which is on trunk since 3 or more months
is very stable, bugfree (nothing is bugfree, but no bugs have been reported for 2 months)
it allow the user to:
select what things must be transparent chosing between trees, industries/unmovables, houses, player buildings
make transparent the catenary (to see junctions better)
save the transparency options (configure patches to enable/disable it) and toggle them with the X key

if the game give errors in the config file, just set some transparency (press one time the X), reset all the "show" options and then exit the game... or delete the config file so the game make a correct one
