Some issues have very few details and are difficult to figure out what is or isn't happening. Add a template to try to get more information from the reporter.

I am +1 to this. I do not love bureaucracy, but I've seen issue templates work.

I often use a Toyota-style 'Current state', 'Desired state', 'Options', 'How to test', but eh. That's just me.

Any projects got a good one we can steal?
