Fix e8d397e4ee: Avoid using RemapCoords2 during savegame conversion. #7588

This is the same as ce10d9b but for station/waypoint signs.

RemapCoords2 is problematic during savegame conversion as it may use some parts of the map array that have not been converted yet.
