A code-wise independent change that ideologically continues the #8413 trend. If tree placement in a scenario is so meticulous that it becomes a masterpiece why let the game change it at all? At least this should be an option, right? And we already have a setting for that ;)
Though I currently did it the easiest way, let me know if you think that setting or options should be named differently or the order should be changed (and is worth adding a savegame update code).
