[et_EE] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Estonian.

The Estonian language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I've contributed to translation of OpenTTD to Estonian in previous versions through WebTranslator, and would be happy to continue using GitHub.
