[pt_BR] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Portuguese (Brazilian).

The Portuguese (Brazilian) language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I am a native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese, a certified English-Portuguese translator and a prospective Computer Science graduate student in the United States. I would be thrilled to be part of this project and initiative.
