Personal Assistants / Smart Speakers are GUI-less systems or in other words; Voice User Interface (VUI) systems. However the very first step in setting up such a device is to configure the network / internet connection. Inserting a LAN cable is simple as we have setup the wired interface to use DHCP. Without network connectivity and no GUI, setting up the wifi requires some efforts.

Google Home and Alexa uses a mechanism to use any device on the network (laptop/phone/tablet/etc) to initiate this very first step of the configuration proces. This PR is to do that exact same by utilizing existing packages / software so that the development of it and possible future changes and fixes are easily to be pulled in without spending resources for development.

Initial PR created as placeholder and/or to open the discussion.
